My almost 15 year old cousin, DC, is spending the week with us! She spent last week at camp, this week with us, and this coming weekend at the Steubenville Conference--then home to Florida. Gabe is going to miss his big sister, I think??
Sarah and Luke have already had so much fun with her. It reminds me of when Laura lived here and they had that older playmate to goof off with. First thing Luke said this morning was "Is DC awake yet?"-- they are gonna wear her out!!
This morning we fed the ducks at the park. Grammy had given the kids lots of stale bread, so it was time to provide a meal to the ducks...and they ate it all ( 3 bags! ).

You can come today and meet us at the pool..short notice, but we will be there :)
Tomorrow I'll have one of Amber's kids, and then on Friday I have to take DC to her conference and drop her with her group...
SO...come to the pool NOW! :)
Maybe you guys can become the safe house for all of our cousins. If your kids like whoever is staying at your house, be sure to always tell the kids that the like-able person's name is Laura, got it?
I miss your kids - too much of this adult stuff going on around here!
